I too am with direct line how much is your policy overall? I'm payin £440 that includes protected no claims, fully comp. but there's a sting in the tail my excess is £500 :cry:

im telling ya the IIF is the way to go! if i have to write to them this year ill make sure to mention that i have had problems with the last year too and threatened them with the IIF again before i got the cheaper quote!

My argument this year is ive reached to landmarks in insurance 5yrs ncb and 25yrs of age!!!

Got my renewal form Quinn today.

Way cheaper than I thought it'd be.

quinn are posting a profit of 500mil this year (by their estimates).... pity they lost 3 billion on the anglo irish shares.

Cheaper as in it went down a significant % from last year, or is it more expensive, but not by as much as you thought it was going to be ?
