Forum display issues today

You'll have noticed that the forum is not displaying correctly today, this occurred after an upgrade of the forum software. Please be patient while I work out what went wrong!

We're debating sticking with the current 'wide' look (will fix pic display issues) without the menu from the 'main site' (inconsistant branding between forum and site).

Have you an opinion either way? Speak now or forever hold your breath....

I cant really remember the old way that was on this latest version. The latest way I remember is the veilside kitted white one on the cover page, but I do like the top title bar in blue with the fto in different colours coming up, thats cool.

Are the colours changing, or is it just red now? I kinda preferred the white with the blue background.

Oh I dont know, I just thought cause it was different it was changing. I like the white (obviously) but I think maybe its a little bland against the blue background? That the red looks like a more vibrant colour and therefore has more of a visual impact as a centrepiece and focal point to the page when you open it first? Usually I'd never pick red on blue but I think in this case maybe its the right choice. Need a contrast of some type and that might be it.

This was the one reason why I chose red. Its also add continuity from the main site through to the forum on the basis that we decide to stick with this design.
