Speedo not working correctly.

Hi All

My speedo appears to be acting up. Its jumping all over the place while driving. I was thinking of just replacing the clocks. Is there a DIY guide for doing such a job ?

I think it mite have something to do with the Speedo chip has its converted into MPH - could this be reverted easily?
