Whats the score with reserving a space for us in the paddock like the other years? Do we have to have a set number of cars, or get our forms in early or does anyone know?

I'll talk to Peter in Sleek FX and get it sorted.

Ok guys,

Spoke to Peter in Sleek. Can anyone intending to go to this show fill out the form - http://i157.photobucket.com/albums/t50/ ... 2010-1.jpg
and bring along on the day with €10 fee.
We'll arrange to meet up beforehand on the morning of event as per usual and go in convoy together.
I know this won't be as big as other years as Janus is getting married that weekend and there'll be a few from here missing but hopefully we can get along a few new members to make up the numbers.

Anyone care to add to the list below?
1. MyFeckin (1/4 mile sprint)
2. Dragonheart
3. Bernard (fingers crossed)
4.Shellier46
5.
6.

Guys - anymore takers for this show?- we've always had a good crew in the past. I know Janus' wedding is putting a big hole in the numbers but there should be a lot more FTO's in easy comuting distance of Limerick.

For those that haven't been before - you DON'T need a modified FTO - your FTO will go on the FTO stand along with the other club cars.

And you never know you might even bump into some of these lovely ladies -

Erm - I mean these ones-

Is the Southcourt the one around the furniture place in Raheen? The map doesn't link for some reason. If so nice and handy, 5 mins from where I'll be!

Enjoyed the show, much better quality there this year I felt than other years, an NSX, lot of Spec R Silvias, R34 GTR's, and to top it off 2 FTO's and a s/c 350Z.

(Sorry Shane, didn't think to get yours in the shot with ours.)

First two runs were a 13.7 and then a 13.6. Then I my undertray came loose so I had to pit to sort out. Ran a 13.5 then a 13.4 and finally a 13.3 in the site battle improving all the time as I managed to find grip off the line. Terminal speed of 111mph - 113mph which made things tricky braking for the bend at the end. So at least a 0.5sec improvement on last year - I won my class beating an RB26 engines RWD Skyline, 400bhp RX7 and even a TVR Chimera among others.
The Kaaz diff and R888's made a big difference though it was still rather sandy.
All in all an enjoyable day - some excellent quality cars on display and some very quick times on the 1/4 mile. Need to get the Zed onto a better drag strip though to see what its actually capable off - I would say 12's are def acheivable esp as I (for once) didn't take an ounce of weight out of the Zed and ran with 45 litres of fuel.

Well done to both MJ and Bernard - their FTO's did the club proud.

Great times and some good scalps too!!! Especially given the conditions, getting traction there on a good day is still tough!

Speaking of undertrays, there's an aluminium undertray group buy going on the uk site, might be of interest, only 150 sterling which isn't bad!

What kind of 0-60 times was she getting?

Yeah - saw that the group-buy but I imagine its heavier than the plastic/rubber tray plus I'm sure it'd rattle rather a lot easier.
If I had an aluminium tray on yesterday and it scrubbed off under speed it could take something else off the car on its way out the back. Plus why put something that is basically asthethic on the underside of your car?

Re 0-60 - they didn't give 0-60 times (different set-up to previous years) but I would estimate low to mid 4's helped by the diff and the R888's.
