Cold in Portugal?!

Postby CJ » Thu Mar 10, 2005 12:56 pm

I've been in Lisbon for the past three days, average daytime temp is about 16 deg, the Portuguese look funny in their big coats, hats and scarves, they can't understand how I can comfortably stroll around without a coat!
