Has anyone had to remove graffiti from a dashed wall, if so any tips? Power washing is out due to inaccessability.

Builders providers do many generic type stain removal systems, sand-tex?? Paint on, sponge or brush off, acid type removal needs plenty of water and some elbow grease, ask for "brick acid" and move on from there, otherwise try Ladex on southside, they'll see you right.

I assume you just want to get the tag off and not the render so " take her handy there" If its a brick finish i firmly suggest you R.T.F.M ive had the "pleasure" of working with acids before, not the type of sh!t to be putting in a Lucozade bottle then handing to the missus!
Although if she's a russian spy its good for a laugh.

A lot of county councils will provide you with paint to paint over the wall for free. I think that that catch is that you have to be a residents associaltion. but it's worth a try - ring one of your local councillors. Whit a general election in the offing, they'll do anything for the sniff of a vote.

Take your point pergau, we (i.e the residents association) have already contacted the council, they won't entertain us due to the fact that the estate is yet to be taken in charge.

You could technically get on to the builder, until its taken in charge the builder has certain responsibilities, although if its not that big of a job I wouldnt bother my hole, builders are crooks and will just fob you off.
Dash finish? forget the wire brush. Horse the acid onto her! 5 litre job shouldnt be much more than 30 to 40 quid, you might have enough left to pour over the sh1t that did it. Failing that I recommend a bolster followed by a hawk and trowel
