Welcome all, I've a feeling you'll like this site.
Yup, we have our own scrapers on here, so a petrol cap cover shouldn't be a problem, Steelroe (Rory) or Seb might be able to help you out. They may PM you having seen this or if not, feel free to put up a "wanted" post.
A few of us have quads, but not too many with a single pipe each side, looking forward to seeing pics.

Well today i wipped off the alloys and sanded them down real smooth, they where badly corroded, polished alloys are hard to keep right. new front brake pads @ 20 yoyo's great value from partway galway. think the guy i bought it off had'nt a clue when it came to regular maintenance lol. just want to service engine now and have to get 4 new 215/50/17's that will cost me i think
But on a happier not i cant stop going for a spin and listening to the sound lol. generally she's in great condition but needs tlc here and there, Also when i bought it there was no cd or stereo at all just big square hole, another few quid now on some sounds.
trying to get all ready for next meet in kildare.
hopefully

thanks for the oil advice colm, nice to be sure of the important stuff

there's a good bit of information relating to oil in the FTO knowledgebase section of the forum.
The general concensus is that semi synthetic 10w40 will be fine, but if you want to treat your car then 5w40 would be good. a thicker oil can quieten tappet noises though.
215/50/17 is too big a sidewall for the FTO. 215/45 looks a lot better (IMO)

€316.53 for 4 215/45/17 Toyo Proxes delivered.
EDIT: Camskill don't seem to do the Vredstein Sessantas in 215/45/17

Dunno if you're aware but, your car hasn't had a NCT done since Dec 2002. Do you know if there's a reason for this..? Just curious you know..
