Is it possible to make dials using a printer?

I was thinking,as the title says,if i can design and make my own dials using an ink printer,if so,what kind of paper do i need?
I'm spanish,sorry if my english is so poor,i learned it at school when i was a kid and i forgot almost all of it lol

Get an EL sheet from ebay or similar. These come with an AC inverter so that the dials glow.

If you remove the factory dials and scan them, it'll make designing them on your computer much easier. I think someone may already have uploaded a scan already.

You should also consider kmc dials, they do glow dials (possibly not in kmph only) but also do a range of coloured faces too.
Visual Performance also do glow dials (red/blue bit like Volkswagen)

If going down that road, maybe experiment on some acetate sheets used for projectors first.
