Was looking to get a classic second car policy (95 GR), but Campion are saying that from the 1st of Jan they are no longer insuring classic imports!?!
Can anyone recommend any other options?

Cheers

Yeah Campion gave me a hard time this year at renewal time and my policy was hiked €100.

Autoline is the only place left afaik. Can you try them and let us know how you get on?.

Wow, thanks for that Kace,

Got onto Autoline there.
Classic Comp - 150 Euro Excess through Allianz.
€290 for 3000 miles per year or €350 for 5000 miles.

Happy Days, looks like I can finally get her back on the road after 6 years in the garage!

FYI for anyone looking to go with Autoline. Everything is fine as long as you have a private driveway or garage to park the car. Unfortunately I do not have either and so could not secure insurance with Autoline. I guess that you could tell them that you do have a driveway but I wouldn't like to chance it as it could render the policy void if untrue.

Good to know Kace, options are limited these days.
Insurance was always hit and miss for FTOs, everyone seems to be having hassle lately though FTO or not.

There's limited option these days and I agree that it's a hit and miss, so you have to consider yourself lucky to find a good one
