Yep - sure is. I have been using this for a good while now. The guys on there are pretty much able to answer anything re mortages, financing, banking etc. etc.
For those of you who haven't heard about the new NIB LTV Mortgage (i.e. if have been on another planet for the past few weeks) check out the thread on this. You should seriously think about switching if your LTV is <80% as none of the banks are anywhere near matching this at present.
