Concours is a French word, meaning "exhibition",(concours d'elegance) it is generally taken to mean a vintage car show for people who are obsessive about getting every last detail right (e.g having all the dust caps pointing downwards, or making sure the logo on the hubcaps is pointing the right way up on the wheels when the wheels are stopped) that sort of thing!
If someone describes their classic car as "concours", you can guess it'll be tidy!
