These guys have the brains to race like this on a public road, just before a crossroad.. then the scream at the guy who crashes into them??? some people need a swift sledge to the head...

technically I think the racers (idiots) have the green light..doesn't matter though - they're still in the wrong.

Looks like they had the misfortune to meet someone just as reckless as themselves really. I'd like to have seen the face of the guy in the car who ran the red light when he saw the two boys heading across in front of him - he didn't even attempt to brake.
