Rough estimate in value

Postby d_dan » Tue Aug 16, 2011 10:46 pm

Anyone have a clue on what a 2nd hand dogbox would be worth.

I would say it would be nigh on impossible to get one. Sure you can get off the shelf boxes for imprezas and the likes where there would be a useful application

It begs the question of why would you bother going to all that trouble/expense on a fwd car, apart from 'doing something that hasn't been done'?

A sequential gearbox means you can change up or down 1 gear without using the clutch yea?
Or something different?
Get out of here Nebulon! No one likes your style...

Yea.
Its pretty much an entire custom made gearbox as all gears have straight cut gears as apposed to the mesh gears you see in standard gears. This allows you to just push and pull gears into place

Will look to get it NCT'd (emissions will be my problem), But wont be planning on having it on the road very much and will be putting more and more focus into keeping it on the track.
