you think thats bad, I ordered and payed for a part from STEELROE on the 9th of July and didn't receive it until the 27 th of july despite numerous emails, excuses and apologies

In effort to stay on topic - if you have grievances with other forum members, I suggest you contact them directly to sort it out.

i purchased over 600euro worth of stuff from camskil and got no discount,
even a reply explaining why im not due one would be nice.

did u get the bits all in one go?
was it mostly OE stuff bought?
did u specified in the comment box that u are a member of the irish club?

im not sure about the OE stuff
what i got was an exhaust,roller tensioner,areial,touch up paint.greenstuff pads all round,some boot carpet clips,and piaa wipers

did the bits arrived to your place already?

The level of discount is 10% on most goods, please not that NO discount can be applied on OE products.There is NO discount on tyres or exhaust systems either .

yes,got parts delivered to paul nolan and collected the car yesterday.
wanted to check the invoice before i posted,
the comments i left in the box are on the invoice

as stated before they decide the level of discount on all their products(if any).
the last invoice that I got from them was 200 eur and I got no discount whatsoever
the invoice before that was around 70 quid and I got almost a tenner discount , so it really depends.

check your confirmation email , and send them a reply ( fao Mike Oakes) and ask him if he could give any discount on the order u placed!

cant fault the company on their range of products,good prices and prompt delivery.

The service ive had from camskill has always been second to none, very fast delivery and can be relied on all the time, i alwasy recomend them
