For anyone looking for another motor - there seems to be some great deals available at auction presently, especially reposessions.

Spoke to a friend at the weekend who rolled up in a really sweet 03 525d Touring with 60k miles and fully loaded M-Tec interior and leather and Full BMW Service History.

Car only cost him €12k at auction and he said that this was quite high as there was a lot of interest in the car !!

He said that he had seen Range Rover Sports going for €30k
Nice depreciation for a €100k motor.

Sounds like there are some super deals out there at present.

that's right, even in the Merlin auctions, most of the cars are going through unsold due to lack of interest. I've heard of some real bargains.
