I want to upgrade my speakers can someone tell me what to ge

Can I get some opinions please.

I have no knowledge in this area, all i know is that 2 of my speakers don't work and the other 2 sound crap.

I have JBL GTO 250watt 6x9's in my rear parcel. And are great quality. I forget what size the sides ones are. (4 x 5 ?)
Got them on special in halfords. I think they still do them.

If your looking for volume you need to look at the output of your head unit, etc whic I'm not interested in as well as a new set of speakers.

Where would you put it as a matter of interest - under the seat?

You could put one under the seat, I had one in the boot, took up about a quarter of the space in there, as the car wasn't my daily driver it didn't matter.

The under seat ones are a great job. You won't get ear bleeding bass but it'll mean you don't have to belt the ar$e out of the 6*9s to get decent sound.
