i just might tag along for the Karting and the roadtrip.Not 100% yet but will do my best.I will be leaving from clonmel co.tipp.Whats my best option meet limerick crew or meet up in portlaoise?

Guys, see the link below, it outlines the route we will be taking down to Avoca.

It should be an involving (but pleasurable!) drive through the Sally Gap, down towards Glendalough (stop off point) and then down to Avoca. We'll play it by ear in terms of additional stop off points for pics etc.

There will no rush to get down to our destination, lets keep it in and around the speed limit for the duration of the drive.

Agreed on the speed limits as we'll be attracting enough attention with a convoy of this size.... nothing to stop us driving in 2nd gear and reving the bayjasus out of our engines though!! :wink:

A double room has just become available in the best western hotel & lodge.

I had booked 2 double rooms cause there was a 3rd person coming along with us but they cant come now so iv just cancelled one of the rooms there now

My +1 can't make it this weekend.
So after slagging Dragonheart for offering up a bed, I'm now in the same position :oops:

I had booked a double room (double bed + a single) so if anyone needs it let me know...

My brother will meet us at Kylemore for the karting though...

Good meet, had a great time 'power slide karting' and going over the Wicklow mountains. Great to put some more faces to names too.

I think by the time I got home (incl some dodgy navigation around the south east :lol:

) I'd done about 600km for the day, but well worth it!

Looking forward to the next one!
