catback or decat???

Catback is just the centre section and backbox

Decat is a small tubular section to go in place of the cat.

Engine > exhaust manifold> Downpipes > cat/decat > centre section > backbox

Catback is literally from the cat back

Get the decats if you can - you can allways put back the cats for the NCT.
Decats = slightly better performance and much better sound.

when i got my decat pipe on i noticed a lil increase in mpg not much but it helps as another bonus. then i got the downpipes and it went to same as b4 but just sounds that lil bit sweeter

Been looking into this myself and Drive'N'Style in Roscommon town can get a JapSpeed Cat Back and Decat from the UK for €350 for all model FTO's, thats what i'll look to getting shortly

I have it up seeing what i get offered more than anything, but not too pushed to be honest. I'll keep working away on it. the more i do the less I'll want to sell it ha ha
