Tiptronic gear reverse

Postby Dean » Thu Jul 31, 2003 4:28 pm

May sound like a weird request, but when i have the car in tip, I find that my brain seems to always think pulling back the stick should put it up a gear rather than down.

Does anyone know enough about the wiring to tell me whether it would be a difficult job to reverse the switches?

I think there is a write up somewhere on how to do this.... not sure which site though - could be steve hemmings site www.mitsubishi-fto.org or you could try www.funky-fto.co.uk.

You could always ask on the smartgroups fto forum.... someone there is bound to know.
