Its always been a problem with the forum, I've set it up as GMT+1 but it always displays GMT or whatever time it likes! Could be the server its running on, I should mail the hosting company and ask.

our forum does that as well. our forum is hosted in the US. we've just been told to change it to GMT+1

Yeah, its running on GMT+1 but the setting doesn't seem to stick, possibly a bug in PHPBB...
