It was just after 4pm heading southbound down the M11 past Bray. I was a bit surprised/excited to see an FTO so I didn't see which model. It had a pre-face lift front but think it had '97 plates.
I beeped and gave a thumbs up as I drove past on my bike.

We had GoPro's but they weren't on then, no point in filming motorways
