which spark plugs should i get ?

Postby happyhands 1 » Wed Feb 09, 2011 10:18 pm

Rather check with the experts on this 1.i rang the local autoparts shop today looking for a service kit for my GR.wana change the oil,oil & air filters, plugs etc.he told me the standard NGK plugs cost around 4 euro & the long life cost 22 euro each but told me to check if the long life suit before i fit them as they might do damage if their wrong.would anyone have the product code for the best NGK plugs to get ? Cheers.

Camskill probably the best place to get them. Note you need a special mitsubishi socket, its included in the cars toolkit but many go missing....

Denso iridiums ik22, if you've got more than 300bhp or running NOS then ik24's if you've got more than 600bhp (I only know 3 FTO's that have) then possibly ik27's :)

set the gap on them to 0.5mm even though it recommends 0.7
