Couple of photos

Postby mcgon1979 » Wed Mar 30, 2016 11:47 pm

First wax in a long while. Bought a new family car, but decided to hold onto this for my own daily commute. Heard too many stories of regret off lads who got rid of cars they loved.
Have this car 9 years to the day almost. Most reliable car I've owned. :smt003

Good to see that she is still going strong, obviously she well cared for! :) I saw white one heading south on M50 few weeks back, wonder if that was you?

Cheers lads. Yeah was probably me on the m50 alright. I use the car daily to get from Leopardstown to Citywest. Handy 25 minute 5th gear commute against traffic. The car has been real good to me over the years. I changed the ignition fault sensor recently after the rev counter became intermittent and erratic. Solved that by reading posts on here and sure enough it's been perfect since I put the new one in. No other issues over the years. I'll keep it at this stage. Wouldn't be worth selling on now, plus it's nice as they are getting rare enough these days. :) just need to wax it a bit more often. It came up lovely after the wax. 2 young kids has put a dent in my waxing time, although I'm training the older one up to help out. Ha!
