Nice Zed and with the newer 309bhp engine. Haven't seen any of the new engine spec Zeds around at that price.
However the way the economy is (and as a fellow Zed owner) I can't imagine there being much of a market out there for Zeds at the moment.

My brother-in-law was in the market...., until I convinced him the TT was a better car

Heh, just joking - he was actually looking at the Zeds but the road tax and likely difficulty reselling put him off so he opted for my TT instead on condition that I have first option to buy it back when he changes again (at 8k it's decent value for what it is) - sorry for going OT

This is up on carzone now..

Let me know what you think. I've lowered asking price 2K to get some offers in. Cant really see a better offer out there for a car of this quality and spec.

Any suggestions on moving this on? REALLY need 4 seats badly!!!!

Wow - thats a lot of performance metal for the money.

Surely a dealer would offer you that money on a trade to another hard to sell SUV like a Range Rover, X5 or Cayenne etc?

Surely is Shane but moving house and need to conserve funds and ongoing running costs for the time being.

Open to taking a trade in but want a cash adjustment as well.. Anything with four seats really!

Cheers
Russ

I'm gutted! That's a great price for so much car. Can't last long for you. If I wasn't tying the knot this year I'd def buy it from you Russ. If things turn around I'll be in touch. I got quite a few time wasters on Carzone with the Rex, hopefully you won't. Best of luck.

First up I would recommend taking some exterior shots outside, in natural light, with a nice backdrop. Artifical (flourescent ) light hides a multitude and can make even the most tired old nag look nice and shiney. I am always suspicious of same as a result. Show that your car is actually nice and shiney by taking the photos in natural light.

Take some photos of the interior, would also suggest a photo of the invoices service book, spare keys, documents etc.
Be more specific with the spec, a/c, traction control, CD changer -whatever. People want details.

Cheaply priced cars always create an air of suspicion. Would suggest you try to counter this with a brief explanation. Family circumstances dictate a more practical 4 door car, competitively priced to sell. May consider suitable part exchange.

Last but not least. Tax -the real killer with these cars and no mention of same. At ~€1500 a year each month is worth ~€125. If there's any tax at all on it let us know, it would help sweeten the deal for any prospective buyer.

Best of luck with the sale.
