Dial Sets... How many types are there?

Postby MaxD » Wed Nov 20, 2013 1:52 am

Hi All,
I'm compiling a list of all the dials made for the FTO and where possible, providing as much detail as available. So, my question to you: do you have a set of dials different to those below or do you have further information on the dials below?

KMC Unknown Type 5 - may be a replica as the logo is a solid colour. Damn nice though, so not knocking it!

Nice work. Do you also have pics of the clock and volt meter to go with them all?

The lockwood version at the bottom would seem to be a great option for anyone wanting to see the speedo in miles, while the mileage (in klms) is clearly marked, taking away the need to fit an mph converter chip.

The white sticker version totally blows. Very hard to fit and likely to damage your dials trying. There is also a company in Australia that makes custom dials and do so for the FTO. I mentioned them here before if you want to do a search.
97 Manual GPX. Icecelle Blue.
Other Stuff: Induction kit. Front Strut. Apex Lowered. 17" Kahns. Quad exhaust. HID lights. Glow dials and rings/cups. Black leather seats. Window tints. Sunroof.

Don't be daft!! It was hard enough finding what's listed!!

On the plus side, I've post the same list on here, FTOOC, FTO-Australia and two groups on Facebook. So hopefully I've covered all avenues that are in English!!

Another one to add to the collection. I've been told by the owner of FTOOC that there were only 5 sets of these ever made:

bought them from FTOOC from one fella . not sure of the make but they came without the small dials for the voltmeter and clock( I've sourced these ones from a forum member on here) .

If I remember correctly he had the set from Oz
