Has everyone got this on their insurance policies or is it worth it to leave it off - seems to me that the cost without is aboit 150-200 quid less.

Hmmm I think its included in my policy, but if I realised it would be that much cheaper without it I would have been tempted...

how much is an FTO replacement windscreen again?

It's only cheaper if you're on TPFT - comp would cover it anyways

I'm not covered for w/s replacement (feckin' QD policy) on fully comp but I would rather be to be honest...

I found out the hard way - with the Honda - that windscreen replacements are quite expensive.. Always a good idea to make sure you have cover. When I was shopping around for insurance I found that a good few places didn't have it in their policy - but it was available as an "extra" at a charge..

Have replaced three windscreens in the last six years, so happy to have it on my policy.
