Wanted FTO cash waiting

Pretty certain the owner would trade in a set of standard seats for his leather items - def worth a call.

Do you know the guy? Wouldn't mind seeing pics.

Dand is intersted in my suggestion and I also ran it by Bart, so I will have to wait and see what happens there. I don't think I will be making any long journeys, as this would make it less worth while than ordering trims from rice rocket at circa €350.

yes good point but seems such a good deal also with car is side skirts spare new exhaust and he said he would knock about 300 off price i no auto is turn off but seems so cheap but got just enough cash for barts red 97 gpx think ill go with that goin to view next week hopefully ill be new owner

You might want to take a look at the one you pointed out as well. If it's in good nick then it's a good price considering the additional exhaust and skirts. You'll also knock another little bit off him when you meet in person of he's telling you that over the phone.

Anyway a manual conversion would work out to be what he's taking off.

That does seem really cheap for what it is. Mileage looks like it is actually in miles and I would question it being so low for a 95 at that price. If the ar$e is falling away from rust, then the price looks right

Let me know anyway if you're taking barts gpx and you wanna swap seats. I am thinkin of movin soon on the leather now that i've been talkin about it.

If I wanted something for the track, I would buy a cheap ass yoke, fill it with foam and crash into everything at speed hehehe. No but seriously, I have no desire to be on the track with anything.

Yip - same one. Its a GR Tip so def not suitable for track work unless you were making some drastic changes.

I was looking at it for a mate - eventually settled on a GT4 ST205 Celica - nice bus to drive and much cleaper insurance than an FTO which is nuts.

Id take a step back from it. Sounds like the thing has been abused within an inch of its life and th bloke is panicing to sell it. Ring him and offer 1000cash over the phone and i bet hel accept.

If one cant be honest with an advert, then one wont be honest in person. If selling anything, i'm always upfront and I sleep well knowing that nothing will come back to bite me in the @r$e. The car looks great in the pics, but they usually do. The old water over the body before taking a picture is the most common trick I see in car adverts. Some peeps are just too lazy to give it a polish.

Doesn't even look like Japan - looks more like Malaysia. Either way my guess is this isn't his FTO at all - just some file photos he found online. Also as he says his FTO is a 96 - its also not likely to be the facelift model.

its a sad sad day i got insurence and cash sorted for barts 97 gpx which i was colecting monday but it was sold tday so back on the look out for facelift gpx hopefully a good 1 comes soon
