anyone ever seen one of the first link installed? what is a shift light?

you have an automatic don't you? a shift light won't be much use to you

(neither will an air/fuel ratio meter to be fair)

IMO satnavs can be distracting enough on the windscreen, more so if you had to look down towards the gearlever to see it.
Tom has some nice looking (and useful) gauges where the ashtray was.

does it just light on at the best time to shift? could be fun in a tiptronic!
i also put in a cold air feed like bernards a couple of weeks ago, thought the air/fuel gauge would be intresting to try out a few different filters and see the difference?
so would the first one be any use ye think with the different settings?

That's my old car, the connector block was for the electric mirror switch, which I later relocated to lower down in the dash. There was a hard drive installed where the mirror switch originally was.
