None of the above - though it generally depends on the car.
For instance I don't like red on a mundane family hatchback - but it looks great on quite a few sports cars inc the FTO.

Black looks well on Alfas but not on Fords.

White looks good on performance Jap cars (Type R's/Version R's/NSX etc)
but looks terrible on Mercedes, BMW, and the majority of Euro cars (Golf GTI Mk 5 excepted).

Blue is a good all round colour but there are some really nice shades (Ford Racing Blue / 350Z blue) and some horrible shades of blue (baby blue).

Colours I dislike on cars are the majority of flip paints, cream or beige and (unless you're a girl) pink.

Don't like the Purple/Green flip.. Generally not a fan of Green actually.. (On Cars.. Old Jags look alright in the Racing Green - Laws should also be green!)

I did see a Honda with a AWESOME White/Yellow flip the other day... That looked well proper!

Wife's just about to order a new Mini One - cream with black roof/wing mirrors, black leather + cream piping - have to say, as a package it looks really nice but only if you're a girl 8)

But as MfFTO says it can be car dependant. If I had to choose an allround colour I'd go with black.

Depends on the shade of most of those colours really...

Passion red looks well on the FTO when its fresh or well looked after, but tbh on new cars I always think the red colours used looks dated.
