Modball Europe 2009

Postby modball » Wed Nov 05, 2008 10:21 am

Attention! Modball 2009 is now offering 10% off for all car club members.

It’s the only annual, pan-European, rolling party anyone with a modified car needs to know about. The 2009 ModBall Rally leaves the start line in London on Thursday 11th June, but places for the 7-day ‘Modified Gumball Rally’ are booking up fast.

Heralded as ‘the most bonkers road trip around Europe’ by Max Power magazine, the ModBall Rally is the ultimate trip for anyone with a modified car and a head for partying all night, for seven days straight.

The 2009 route will see 500 up-for-it car fans travel from London to the continent, and on through France, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Italy, Austria and Slovakia, partying at every stop. Traversing stunning scenery and picture-postcard towns, the third annual ModBall Rally will also feature a breath-taking drive along the switchback roads of the Stelvio Pass, made famous by the 1969 Italian Job film. And who knows which countries they’ll go through on the way back!

Day-long driving and malarkey turns into city-centre partying in the evening, where ModBallers will be entertained with special shows and VIP access to some of Europe’s finest clubs and venues. Previous years have played host to the naughty Fuel Girls show and the even naughtier Dirty Sanchez boys, alongside top-name dance and music acts.

Unlike other car rallies, the ModBall is inexpensive and is made up of real people with real cars and a real passion for partying. The ModBall is not a race; it’s all about having fun. And this year’s fun will once again culminate with a spectacular awards ceremony and monumental party on the final night, before the entrants head to the 30,000 capacity Swiss Tuning Show to display their cars in front of the ModBall Arena.

The ModBall 2009 looks set to be another truly memorable event, bigger and better than ever, and with a few surprises along the way. Places are limited to 125 cars, so be quick – go to modball.com to book your team. This year a special 10% discount is offered to any car clubs booking up with two or more cars.

See you there!

Looks like a bunch of scumbags driving across Europe making idiots of themselves really. Some nice cars but I was thinking there would be a lot more.
If it was Gumball might be a different story.

Would love to do something like that, but not with that shower. Scumbags on tour!
