Aston Martin V8 Vantage

Postby CJ » Tue Nov 04, 2008 10:52 pm

I had the pleasure of riding shotgun in the bro-in-law's '07 V8 Vantage last weekend (can you say depreciation?!). The car has huge road presence, a cracking interior and sounds fantastic on full throttle. The Carrera 4 he had beforehand was more of a drivers car in my book but the Aston is a very pretty car and beats the Porsche hands down in the looks dept (pics below).

Look at the front and rear lights on the Aston, theres definetely a hint of FTO going on there!

I agree CJ, every so often I nearly flash a new type jag (which looks like an AM) because it looks like the FTO...

Give me a GT3 any day though...

Not had the pleasure (yet!), himself is a bit sticky about insurance (If I owned £65k worth of car, I'd probably be the same). My third party extension cover doesn't cut the mustard with high value marques unfortunately....

They look nice in the pics but not sure if they'd look as good in the flesh. Maybe if im bored sometime...

Also I always get a vbs virus warning from the fto-australia site
Get out of here Nebulon! No one likes your style...
