			You mean to make sure its road worthy enough to bring home?
All engine fluid levels - oil, water, coolant, power steering, brake fluid, etc.
Be prepared for the battery to be dead, the local shipping guys should be able to jump start it for you but if you have a good spare battery its probably a good idea to bring it along.  Mine was dead but wouldn't charge when I collected my car.
Should test tyre pressures, 32 on the front, 30 on the rear IIRC.  make sure the tyres are ok, not too worn.
Check that it has all it is supposed to have too, nice stereos, gear knobs, etc. have a tendancy to 'take a wrong turn' on the way over.
