done everything from claybar- de-greased the engine bay,
cleaned the interior- polish the inlet mani.

i put it 45 dergees from just under the lip on the top of the grill

What is that green unit fitted to the end of the rad pipe. Just an observation but isnt is causing a bad kink in the rad pipe, may be restricting coolant flow.

its causing a but if a kink i had to twist the pipe so bends upwards rather than sideways as it was resting on the intake chamber!

its a water temp sensor

Nice one Dan, see looks very well. I never noticed some of the nice little curves on the front bumper, they are really brought out in the cleaning.
Lot of hard work I know (did a clean myself at the weekend), but well worth it.
