Dodge Charger

Postby CJ » Mon Jul 18, 2005 12:59 pm

I had the luxury of hearing a '69 Dodge Charger 440 being fired up at the weekend, what a sound! It was identical to the one in the pic below, I'd love to get a chance to drive one, it has serious road presence. Firing up that big V8 is akin to letting a hungry tiger out a cage!

Was it white by any chance? Caught a glimpse of the back of a white car, similar in shape to this one, yesterday I think it was. It was parked in a petrol station or something, just saw it in my rear view mirror.

Rear lights definately looked american.

It was yellow as per the pic, not something you'd easily miss!

Sweet car alright. If you haven't seen it already Bullitt is well worth a watch, the car chase is over rated IMO -still very good though, and the dodge charger, with ford mustang make some sweet sounds 8)
