said i'd give it a try with my headlight

here's how the bad boy looked like

2 bolts hold the light ( also watch the guide when you take it out ! )

( you kind of need to take the bumper out also ! )

next it's the bakeing part

80 degrees about 10-15 mins shoud do the trick ( make sure you take out the bulbs)

next you serve it with salt & pepper and a glass of red wine

right , the mastic should be soft now so give it a try with a blade / screwdriver ... make sure you don't break the clips all around and you don't damage the shape of the light

all should look like this after you finish taking that apart

insade was cleaned , old mastic was removed
i used normal black silicone to seal the thing back and seal around the rubber seals , just for caution .


i left it a few mins to dry and fitted it back on the car .
