What is this "spamhaus.org" mentioned in the error

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'steelroe@yahoo.co.uk'. Subject 'test', Account: 'STEELROE', Server: 'mail.eircom.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.1.1 <steelroe@yahoo.co.uk> Blacklisted by Spamhaus: http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?109.78.76.220";', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

I assume you're using Outlook or similar - turn on SMTP authentication in the options menu.
