hi whats up sign on to ftoIreland months ago and lost my password but im back now with my 2nd fto, killed the 1st one

Pic - you mean under your username on the left hand side? Its your avatar, go into your profile (up near the top of the page) and scroll down to the avatar control panel. Watch out for the size restrictions though.
