Homemade engine panel(s)

I recall seeing a thread a while back, I'm certain it was on here. The guy had a plate made to cover the left side of the engine bay, I think he wanted to proceed with making them to purchase but I can't remember if it went ahead.

does anyone recall the thread? I've searched but can't find it.

I don't remember anyone wanting to cover the left hand side of their bay, nor can I see why anyone would want to...
There was talks of getting slam panel made up a while back but they would be for the front end.
