Hi TinTin,

Welcome to the site!

Welcome Tin Tin, nice conversion! Did you have it done or did you buty it like that? Was the FTO gearbox used? What about the drivetrain? I'd be interested in hearing how difficult is was to drop the 6A12 MIVEC in there.

How does the Colt chassis handle the extra power, is it stable or a bit skittish?

Oh very nice!

Did you have her on a dyno to check the output of that beat under your bonnet.

Looks like a nice conversion - engine must have needed some shoe-horning to fit in there :-)

Would love to meet you on the road for a quick roar :-)

i got it put in £9000 worth of work.

yes its a fto manual gear box and the fto drivetrain is on ther bolt for bolt it gose strate in it is very fun it is stable i havent put it hard round conners yet i want the car in full working order first.

i was told it is running at 190 bhp so i gess it is standerd bhp at the mo i havnt had it fully mapped yet still watting on that should be done soon though :) . i am getting dynod next month so i will let you know what it is putting out be for it is fully mapped

yes it is the fto alloys i like them im going to get them refurb pluse im going to get a set of light weight rims as well in 16"

i keep looking out for fto's on the road to see how it gose up against one

i am in the porses of buying a short shifter/ down pipes&flexi pipe ceramic coated in shiny silver and whiteline anti lift kit for it.
ill get the pics soon :)

thanks for the friendly posts. making an out sider welcome :)

just i quick question are all the people on this site from ireland?

Welcome tin tin - Thats a sweet looking conversion. :smt023

Some nice mods - but you'll never get anywhere near 300bhp from an NA FTO Mivec engine no matter what you do with the engine.

Man TinTin you'll have the Craziest Colt in exsistence.
When you get her all done you have got to let us know how she performs.

That thing is going to catch a lot of people with their pants down!

More power to you for doing a proper sleeper motor!

tin tin that twin turbo colt got a mention in this months tuner profile in banzai magazine. sounds even more insane than yours!
Most bods on here are from Ireland with just a handful, like me, from NI.
Keep us posted on the remap and dyno
