Can we finalize a time so for meeting. I know I suggested 10 earlier but what about if we made it 12, just in case the weather is a bit cold in the morning for people travelling long distances. Would give a bit of time for the frost or ice to melt before ye have to hit the road.

Southcourt? Give people a chance maybe to get their rooms at the same time? If we're allowed to check in at that time, even if not then by the time the chat is over and stuff can get a coffee and it should be time enough then. Go for a bit of a drive then if we have time and back for karting.
Open to ideas here though for a meeting point, if anyone else has any ideas throw them up.

All still hope to make this as have Hotel booked but the weather is so bad not so sure now, will know for sure on thursday if it has not got much better will not go.

What time is dinner?

Shur might as well meet up so at 12.00 and head straight to the karting, for some strange reason I had it on my head that the karting was a lot later! Will only take about 15 minutes to get there from the Southcourt.
I think dinner is 8, not 100% sure on that. I'm sure its mentioned somewhere on the thread? Its in Zu-Wee-Ton.

12 at the Southcourt sounds good. Will aim to be there a good bit earlier, but given the recent weather, we need to leave plenty of extra time.

I can't see a time or place for the restaurant on the thread, can anyone confirm time? Is it booked or do we need to book individually?

Is this Zweton near the SC?

Its booked for 14 people as far as I know, numbers are to be confirmed on Thursday. I'll get Grace to put the time up. If theres more than 14 then we can add it in on Thursday. Its zweton just up the road from the Southcourt.

8 o clock in z-we-ton on the Father Russell Road near the Southcourt. I have it booked for 12 provisionally- final numbers on Thursday.

ok, so im going to chance my arm and see if the garage owner will let me take the Fto for a few hours for this meet, and seen as i have paid off a big chunk now i hope he will be inclined to say yes... anyhow, i cannot afford to go karting or for dinner (ill know in advance next time ) on saturday, and must get back the same day so what would be the best time for me to come up so that i will be able to go in the convoy, either in my(nearly) Fto or hiden in the back of another fto and have time for a chat as i am sure there are a few things i could learn about in life, and about Fto's! thanks!

How are conditions down that side of the country today guys? Didn't get any more snow here (Maynooth) but there's still a good 4" in most places and a heavy freeze last night. I'd imagine once I get on the M7 I'll be off the worst of the roads, but just wondering what it's like that end?

Just started raining in Cork, of all the depressing stupid bloody weather to get on top of freezing conditions, bloody rain!
Supposed to be dry tomorrow though.
