You getting itchy feet?

Mine will go towards mortgage repayments, assuming I manage to buy somewhere before it matures...

I can't help thinking that it would be well spent on a late model FTO but I know it will go to the final elimination of the mortgage.

Perhaps if I showed the picture of the pink FTO to Mrs Pergau it would help the decision.

I'm 2007 too and it (along with my wife's) will be used to renovate a house or pay a lump sum off the mortgage.

It's going to be impossible to get a builder for the next two years with all those people buyuing extensions with their SSIA money. I even know of some people who have borrowed against the SSAI so they could get builders in before the feeding frenzy.

Ya, I'm kinda expecting housing prices to go crazy, if they weren't completely ga ga already.
