gs turbo engine cutting out

hi guys my car seems to cut out while driving it's fine one min then it looses power n the engine light comes on, when I turn the ignition off for a sec it'll start n run fine for a while or even jus a few secs befor it does it again, any ideas??

Whats the voltage when this happens?
I dont know much about the gs. Has it a maf sensor?

What aftermarket ECU is it running to control the fueling etc?

the voltage is 3/4 the way up about 14volts, not sure about the ecu it has hks additional injectors and controller for the extra fuel, probably not the best way around it but thats how i bought it...

could it be the fuel pump breaking down, im not sure if its a standard one or not but since its been turbo'd and additional injectors installed i should imagine that the pump would need upgrading, any ideas? by the way i did run it very low on fuel a couple times, and wen i filled her up she ran fine for a few days but started cutting out again theres almost half tank all the time now, and sometimes itll run fine all day...pls help..
