We opted for the Britax Vigiour 3+ modular travel system with matching Baby Safe Plus car seat. The pushchair fits into the boot of the FTO no bother but is a bit tight fit in the RX-8 - a little bit more persuasion required!

New aftermarket back seat mod in the flesh:

It consumes fuel at a faster rate than an FTO and produces more emissions!
