alt belt problems

k guys so I was driving to work tday and all of a sudden the alt belt snaps. got a new one and was about to put it on ans realized I aint got a clue. the adjustment bold dont adjust. ive sprayed wd40 on it in the hope it loosens up in the morning wen I get back to work. any ideas or suggestions b4 I leave it in to a mechanic for him to ass rape my wallet

Did U loosen the nut holding tensioner roller first?
Only one ever build 1.3 turbo Fto, 0.7 bar on stock internals...because your imagination is the only boundary

yea strange one. dropped it to mechanic so all sorted now. took him 5 mins
