New Steering Wheel And Gear Knob

Im looking for a new steering wheel and gear knob. Maybe a set.
Anyone have any recommendations?
I have been looking on ebay but a lot of the stuff on there looks cheap

If it looks cheap then it probably is cheap. Keep the OE stuff on there unless you are willing to invest in a decent steering wheel/gear knob/ handbrake set.

Theres very good quality 2nd hand stuff that comes up on ebay - just make sure you get the correct boss.

Its blue though and is starting to get a bit worn with the gear knob

Doh! Of course you do - I fitted them a few years back.

The Isotta stuff is good quality and I actually spent several hundred Euro on that wheel and gear knob (also came with a handbrake plus gaitors but I think these were replaced).

Fair enough - change the gear knob/gaitor but I'd leave well enough alone with the steering wheel unless you don't like the flat bottomed rim - personally I liked it. It didn't look all that worn the last time I drove this FTO (couple of months back).

I was going to suggest that the wheel on Cullen/Tom's/Shane's FTO was one that took my fancy if changing my wheel, though I'd have it in white. But I like the shape of it.

Got mine from ebay, it's good quality too. Probably start falling apart in a year or so though but nothing a bit of glue won't fix

yes it was, I've never done one before and I managed to work it out after I had to ask how to get the original wheel off (you have to whack it with a hammer).

got a cheap boss kit off a local auction website and needed a little touch up to get the automatic shut off for the indicators to work. but yeah the wheel fits well.

the mitsi logo is a nice touch.

usually if you loosen the centre nut (not completely as you'll snot yourself with the wheel) and giving it a few sharp pulls will get the wheel off.

I yanked (we're talking full on yankage) at that thing for about 20 minutes til I got the hammer then off it came.
