Hi all, name's Adrian and I have recently become the owner of a Manual 97 GP Version R. I'm originally a Honda man but this car has impressed the hell out of me, very good all round package and for a cheap price too from one of the mates.

Spec:

4 Pot calipers with large diameter discs
ITG Mushroom Filter
Decat
Japspeed Cat Back
Tein Super Streets
Evo VII Alloys
Vented Fibre Glass Bonnet
Oil Pressure, Oil & Water temp gauges
Alarm,Immobiliser+Tracker

I will be taking the Teins out and putting the standard shocks back in on Eibach lowering springs for a bit more comfort. Also the ITG mushroom filter will be replaced with a stock airbox fitted with an ITG high flow panel filter.

Things to replace are (Thank god for Camskill):

Rear wheel bearings (I will be pressing these out and matching them off a wheel bearing company as buying the hub is mad money)
Downpipe (Blowing at the flexijoints)
Clutch (Has another 3 months left in it)
Rear Discs (Bit worn nothing major)
Top Mount Plate from one of the standard shocks (Slight play in the bearing)
Under seal the whole car

I will get better pics but these will have to do for now

Nice spec, wouldn't be mad about the bonnet.

I'm curious, How do you know its number 296?

Cheers man bought her for a runaround. I was going to change the bonnet then it grew on me and the fit is very good. From the research i've done (and i'm open to correction) 320 GP vR were produced in 1997 and 30 produced in 1998. The last 3 digits of the chasis no.has 296 and the first three don't look like they are part of the no. manufactured but i could be completely off so first post edited. By the way we have met before, i'm Sebs mate with the Integra DC2 we met in Julian's house

Sure has! :) Teg's off the road for good and a full time track car now, ended up putting in a full DC5 dash and a few other bits. How's your own going did you do much to it since i seen it last up in Enniskillen?

I will of course, i've started ticking off the to do list downpipe and panelfilter arrived this morning and i'm expecting the springs and top mount later in the week

I sold mine in 09, (after I sold it, it was stolen and recently it went to another owner, who knows what's gonna happen it) then I had to get a diesel  for work. Now that I'm working in an office again and not doing big miles I can get something more fun....

Really, where are you getting that information from? It would be pretty cool to think I have 191/320

Wishful thinking I'm afraid.
I don't think even the limited edition were numbered.

Oh well, lucky i covered myself with the "i'm open to correction". I just dug up a Version R with the last 3 chasis numbers as 420 so that kind of throws that out the window, i'll keep digging to find some credible evidence of exactly how many were produced.

Welcome Adrian - nice looking FTO you got there and you seem to know what you're talking about - good luck getting her up to pristine condition - they are lovely to drive when they're properly sorted which unfortunately is less and less these days.

Thanks Bernard, very informative as stated. Turns out that the car was manufactured in March 1997.
