Not FTO spots - but had to mention this.

Has anyone seen the house on Brewery Road that has no less than 3 RX7s. I know they're a greate machine but this guy has a serious obsession !!!

I've a serious obsessions with RX-7s myself! The only things thats putting me off is the complicated turbo setup twinned with a lack of local expertise. Anyone know this guy I wonder? I'd love to know where he gets his work done. IIRC, theres only one guy in the country that can competently work on the RX-7 engine setup, I've heard of a few people bring their RX-7s over to the UK for engine rebuilds and the like, not very promising.

not to mention the dismal fuel ecomony and likely exhorbitant insurance costs.... beautiful car though. You should ask around on jap-heaven or octane.ie - maybe Kace could drop in to this guy someday and ask him... :D

Yep, DMZ is his alias, I spoke with him about it some time ago, he was one of the guys considering bringing his motor over to the UK IIRC.

Buy one with a single turbo conversion! Loads more power and a much simpler set up!!

I know of a fella in Dublin with a few RX7's who says he can rebuiild them, I believe he is selling one with a single turbo conversion, If anyone wants his number let me know
