I reckon you'd want to build the block first. Also don't see any intercooler or oil cooler - neccessary I would have thought for keeping temps down if you have any intention of actually using the 265bhp claimed.

There really is no easy or cheap way to big power in an FTO. If you want to actually make it fast then money is far better spent on upgrading suspension and brakes. In any case this will have to be done first before you add big power.
