Got insured on the 94 GR also as per Goz's info(Campion classic insurance).
Just have to tax it now and get it through the nct.

I'm officially jealous. They look great Gerry. If I was to get another toy car, it would be an MR2. Saw a beauty on donedeal a couple of weeks ago. 94 T-bar in red with scissor and regular style opening doors and 17" Kahns, as what I have on my fto. If you have a relular car to drive, you could add the 97GPX to classic insurance too!

I just spent about 6k on insulation work in the hallway and bathroom and getting the bathroom redone. To think of all the ftos I could have bought

Nice collection

Great that the classic thing works. I'm eating my hat as we speak.

FTO's are looking very well indeed.
How about a back to back review on the GR tip vs GPX man vs MR2?

I've had a GR Tip (1st FTO over 12 years ago) and a couple of Manual GPXs but there was just too many cars in the interim to make a fair comparision. Nothing like having both in the yard to test back to back although I suspect that at this stage in the FTO's life the condition of the car will be a major factor.

cheers guys.

Yea, i wasnt expecting the classic insurance for another two years. I had the gr in storage until gary came across Campion insurance.
Im really fond of the mr2 also, the position of the engine is a real postive factor i feel.
Both mr2 and fto are easily the most reliable cars i have ever had.

Fair play, they really do look in the business, in particular the '97. Nice to see one getting such TLC! :ll
