Hello there guys!

Ive been sneaking around on this forum for quite some time now and decided to register myself once I bought my first FTO, a red GX tiptronic from 1995. I guess it's more or less stock since I am a (complete) newb to FTO's. However, the car got a very nice looking leather interior.

Plans for now:

-Giving the car a good clean and polish: DONE
-There's some water etc. in the drivers headlight, wanna have that fixed.
-Remove some dents out of the roof.
-Give the complete car an extensive check and fix/replace all damaged parts.
-Make a list of parts which are handy to have in advance of a repair. ( There are two FTO's in my area which are being sold in parts, dunno what parts are handy to have in andvance)
-Lowering set
-Some nice-looking pair of alloys, these are fine for now but would like something else.

Any ideas are welcome!

Welcome.

Those alloys look good to me, but I suppose it comes down to taste. One part I have noticed is handy to keep in stock is the Stepper Motor (it controls the idle rpm), which is a common problem with the FTO. €50 I believe is a good price for this spare.

One thing I would say is to remove that aerial from the roof. It looks hideous.
